1. Ordering and Payment
   We accept payments via PayPal and credit card. All prices are in GBP. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

2. Shipping
   We ship within the UK only. Standard shipping costs £3.99 per order. Estimated delivery times are typically 3–7 business days for ready-made items. If you have customized your order (e.g., chosen specific colors), please allow additional time for us to handmake your item before shipping.

3. Product Information
   Our products include crochet keyrings and ornaments, macrame and paracord keyrings, cross stitch magnets, and beaded earrings. All items are handmade with care. Products are intended for individuals aged 14 and above. Please note our age disclaimer applies.

4. Refunds and Returns
   All sales are final except in cases where the product is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at laughingstitchcreations@gmail.com with photos of the defect. We will arrange a refund or replacement at our discretion.

5. Liability
   We are not liable for any misuse of products or damages resulting from improper use.
